A baptism and a baby blessing, it doesn't get much greater than that. It was such a wonderful day full of emotion and happiness. We were so lucky to have both sets of grandparents here plus Aunt Jenn and Aunt Pam. We also had two families from the ward come, the Carbonneaus and the Ashcrafts. Zoey was super lucky because there was confusion with the Stake baptism schedule and we ended up getting to do her baptism at our building. It was just like the good ole days when the baptism was just for the one kid and with talks and music and stuff. After Zoey was baptized by her dad and confirmed by Grandpa McKinlay, Jay did Aiden's baby blessing. It was all very special and such a great day. I am glad too that Zoey was happy to share such a significant day for herself with her baby brother. She thought it was very cool that Aiden got blessed the same day she got baptized. I am glad the day went so well and everyone was happy and we could all share in the day together.
