What does one do on their first birthday? Sophie spends some time sticking her tongue out at the camera.
Then some time just playing on the floor. Those feet remind anyone of someone elses? She may look all like her daddy but she definitely has her mom's feet.
Then some chewing on the pony we bought at Target.
Then some time climbing in and out of the Bumbo. (One of her favorite things to do)
Then a treat! Blue Oreos. Mmmm!
Looks mighty tasty!
Then Aunt Ali takes her home along with the sugar cookies made just for her.
What a fun day we had on Sophie's actual birthday day. It was more than a month ago but we had a great time that day. We are glad we could spend it with her.

What a difference a year makes and what good aunts Sophie has. You can tell (just a little bit [sarcasm])how much they adore and enjoy her. We are so glad we could be around for her first birthday. She is definitely a combination of her parents but is still 100% SOPHIE.
I should have known you made those cookies....I was pretty sure it was not her mother.
